About Us

Ottercreek Stables is a family owned and operated horse boarding and breeding business, owned by Luke & Michele Widrick of Glenfield, New York. With over 30 years of experience with horses, Luke and Michele are happy to put their experience to work for you.

The beautiful facility is located .2 miles from the trailhead at Ottercreek on the New York horse trails in Lewis County.

Our barn, a 40x50 foot construction consists of all box stalls with planning underway on extending it another 20 feet to put in an additional five stalls.

We have a round pen available for exercising or schooling, and turnouts for your horses.

We also sell hay and camp wood to those staying at the trailhead at the NYS Horse trails.

And we offer at stud our chestnut and white Homozygous paint "Paint Me American"  Visit our stud page or foal page.
